Our Process
1. First Reminder
A formal first reminder is issued to the defaulting member setting out the outstanding dues.
2. Second Reminder
A second reminder is served where the dues remain unpaid after the first intimation.
3. Legal Notice
A legal notice is issued to the defaulter calling upon them to clear the outstanding amount.
4. Filing of Recovery Application
Recovery application filed before the Competent Authority / Registrar under the applicable provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.
5. Follow-up Until Recovery Certificate
Continuous follow-up with the authority until the Recovery Certificate is obtained.
6. Execution Through Recovery Officer
Appointment of and execution through the Recovery Officer to realise the certified dues.
